The Apprentice's Song
This song came about as a result of the Bardic Smackdown at War of the Wings XI. WoW XI was a Barons vs. Baronesses themed event. Baroness Alianor of Sacred Stone, asked me to enter the Bardic Smackdown for Her side (which, obviously was the right side). At about the same time, Baron Marc asked Master Efenwealt (my Laurel) to enter the Smackdown for His side. So Master Efenwealt and I decided that we should bash on each other in the competition. I wrote this song planning to perform it against Master Efenwealt; however, due to a scheduling conflict with the Baron's MC, Master Efenwealt ended up acting in that role, rather than competing. Of course I still performed this song in the competition. And our side (the right side) won. So all worked out well! I suspect that Master Efenwealt will eventually unload a song that gives me a proper, well-deserved bashing, though!
