In 1549, Melchior de Barberis published his lute book, Opera Intitolata Contina (the book is discussed here).  At the end of his book, Barberis includes 4 fantasias for the renaissance guitar.  I have transcribed all 4 of the Barberis guitar pieces, in hopes of making this music available to my fellow SCAdian guitarists.  Click on the links below for the transcriptions, in both staff notation and modern guitar tablature.
